Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band was the eighth studio album by The Beatles. Released on June 1st 1967, the iconic record turns 50 this year.
Antonia Romeo, Her Majesty’s Consul General in New York, in collaboration with The Association of Marshall Scholars and NeueHouse, invite you to join director Jeff Dupre, DJ Spooky aka Paul Miller, and composer Aaron Einbond (2000) to discuss the lasting impact of The Beatles on this 50th anniversary. The talk will be accompanied by a brief screening and musical performance.
This is the second event of the Special Relationship collaborative series between the British Consulate General in New York and The Association of Marshall Scholars.
