What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available at Aspen Meadows Resort and street parking is available by Casa Tua. For cheaper air travel, we suggest flying in / out of Denver or checking online: Justfly.com may have special discounts available. Rooms can be requested at the Aspen Meadows for $285 / per night, the Meadows can also suggest additional accommodations nearby. Family members welcome. Recreational activities are numerous and can be organized with assistance upon request
